FROM BIG JIM:

Today I talked to the Reservation Manager, Lea Cahill at the Dockside Inn. Which is next door to the Sandhurst.

1 800 286 1745.  I have received rates ranging from 79.00 to 129 .00. All rooms have Kitchens, except the 79.00 rooms, but they will be discounted 15% so they will be 67.00 to 110.00 plus tax. Plus if we book over 20 rooms we will get a 20% discount on all rooms
I booked 20 rooms. The more rooms we book the cheaper it gets. This Inn is much nicer than the Sandhurst and the rooms are larger. There is a restaurant on the property Plus many close to the Inn.
I will be staying 2 nights Saturday and Sunday. We won't need a Hospitality room because the TiKi Bar is right there. Plus there are Bar-B-Q grills. People will need to buy their own drinks and there are plenty of places to hang out. They have two Pools, Fishing piers, Boat rentals and a bait shop, and Fishing trips can be arranged. Golf as you know, is always around close by .
So if you have already made your reservations at the Sandhurst, you may wish to change it. Also, if you know anyone else who has made their reservations and who is not on this mailing list, please let them know.
The address is 1160 Seaway Drive, Hutchinson Island, FL. 34949. Fax is 561 489 9848 --web site is www.docksideinn.com
This Place is on the Inlet . And Plenty of boat and Camper parking.
When making reservations ask for IUWG1 --June 13th     If you have any questions Give me a call 772-349-5464.

Hi,
I have blocked 20 rooms for 6/12 and 6/13/10. I blocked for two nights, but they may stay one night only if they choose. The room rates are from $79.00 to $129.00 per night. All of the rooms except for the $79.00 rooms
will have some type of kitchen. Your group will receive a 15% discount which will be increased to 20% if 20 or more rooms are reserved. The rooms will be held until April 27. At that time I will contact you to see if any remaining rooms need to be cancelled.

Our Resort, which is located on the Fort Pierce Inlet, has two pools, 5 fishing piers, Gazebo and a few grills located around the property.

As you know we have our own restaurant, On the Edge. Other restaurants in the area are Goodfellows Pizza, Mangrove Matties, The Ramp Raw Bar, Chuck's and Archie's on the Island. There are also many nice restaurants downtown Fort Pierce which is only about a mile for our Resort.

Saturday mornings we have the Fort Pierce Farmer's Market and Craft Show located in the Marina Area of downtown.

Some local attractions are Historical Museum, Bakus Art Gallery, Manatee Observation Center, Fort Pierce Marina, Sunrise Theatre and, of course, the Navy Seal Museum.

Please let me know if you need any additional information. Your members can make their reservations with the Front Desk Attendents. If there are any problems or need any additional information they can, of course, ask for me directly.
