Minutes of Board Meeting - 30 August 2003

This being the first semi-formal meeting of the IUWG-1 Veterans Organization, the loosely organized meeting and minutes of such follows:

The following members were named Vice Presidents representing their respective units:

The next MRFA Reunion will be held in 2005, at the Drawbridge Estates, Fort Mitchell, KY.

Games Wardens of Vietnam will have their reunion August 4-8, 2004 at San Antonio, TX.

All members present, voted to have an IUWG-1 Reunion next year (2004). Date and Place To Be Announced. Larry R. Eberlin will distribute information after 1 Jan 2004. Nominations for the location of the next reunion should be forwarded to Larry. A vote will be held after 1 December 2003 to determine location. It was decided that this same time of the year is preferable. (late August, over the Labor Day weekend).

Members are invited to bring pictures and other memorabilia to future reunions. These items will be displayed in the hospitality room.

A question was raised by a non-member, as to who the membership should be open to. This being a non-member, discussion was dropped.

A big thank you to the local VFW post for the donation of liquid refreshments.

There being no further business to discuss, meeting adjourned at 3:05 p.m.
